The thing that shapes how we work: a lot of auto glass damage is repairable, and repair is dramatically cheaper than replacement. We would rather seal your chip for nothing through your insurance than sell you glass you did not need.

What we do differently

• We tell you when a repair will hold. A chip up to about a quarter, outside your sightline, is thirty minutes and usually free through comprehensive cover.
• We honour the safe drive-away time. Urethane needs 30 to 60 minutes to reach strength capable of holding glass in a collision. Anyone handing keys straight back is not doing this properly.
• ADAS recalibration is included, not sent to a dealer. Skip it and your lane-keeping and automatic braking aim wrong, with no warning light to tell you.
• We clear the door cavity. On a broken side window, fragments left inside the door rattle and jam the regulator for years. It takes longer than fitting the glass.

On glass tiers, plainly

OEM glass is oversold. It genuinely matters for heads-up display, acoustic laminated glass, fussy camera calibration and lease returns — and for most mainstream vehicles a few years old it makes no practical difference at all. We will tell you which category yours falls into rather than pushing the upgrade by default. A careful install on dealer-equivalent glass is a safer car than a rushed one on OEM.
